  • 베아트리체 알레마냐 (Beatrice Alemagna)
  • 1973년 이탈리아 볼로냐에서 태어나 지금은 프랑스 파리에서 그림책 작가로 활동하고 있습니다. 1996년 프랑스 몽트뢰유에서 삽화가들에게 주는 "미래의 인물상" 을 받았고, 2001년에는 프랑스 국립현대 예술협회(FNAC)에서 선정한 "주목할 만한 아동문학가에게 주는 상" 을, 2007년에는 볼로냐 라가찌 상을 받았습니다. 작가는 그림 그를 때는 어린시절로 돌아가 목동이 된 듯한 느낌으로 양을 치는 듯한 느낌을 받는다고 합니다. 그림책 『어린이』에서는 유리알 같은 낱말과 시를 읽는 듯한 그림으로 어린이 세계를 담았습니다. 작품으로는 『유리소녀』 『너는 내 사랑이야』 들이 있습니다.
